                  Bringing Life-Saving CF Care to Central & South America

  At CF Vests Worldwide, our mission knows no borders. We travel to underserved communities throughout Central and South America, delivering essential airway clearance equipment to individuals and families affected by cystic fibrosis.

Our humanitarian missions have delivered more than two dozen therapy vests to patients in Colombia, Ecuador, and Honduras, building lasting partnerships and expanding access to lifesaving care.

In 2026, we aim to deliver 37 additional therapy vests to Ecuador. Partnering with Quédate Conmigo and Piper’s Angels Foundation, we are working together to overcome barriers and bring essential respiratory care to those who need it most.
