‎“Luis was born on the 3rd of October 2019. About 11 days after his birth, testing revealed that he is a homozygous F508 patient. Cystic Fibrosis was in our family, as we had already gone through the pain of losing a cousin at 12 years of age for this disease. At this moment, fear and anguish took over everyone's account.

‎Luís is our only child, and we are committed to giving him the best conditions to live a normal life.”
