‎Marlon lives in a rural area with difficult access, more than 25 km from the nearest health institution, with transportation problems, in a masonry house with a tin roof, surrounded by land where tobacco is grown, with no water inside or air conditioning and with a lack of equipment to better treat (his) condition."
