Below is Alana’s story - ‎ ‎"Alana was born on May 19, 2019, in the city of Alfenas, Minas Gerais. We performed the heel prick test at 15 days of age, and confirmed for cystic fibrosis at 1 month of life. ‎ ‎In June of 2022 there was a new hospitalization in Alfenas for 15 days, with treatment of intravenous antibiotic. ‎ ‎Alana is now 6 years old, follows the same therapies listed above, but has great difficulty in coughing up lung secretions." ‎ ‎438 RespirTech and @baxter_
