This is sponsored and conducted by CF Vests Worldwide, a nonprofit organization based in the United States. CF Vests Worldwide is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be legal residents of the USA and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of age at any time. Entries from individuals under 18 years of age will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

Employees, board members, and their immediate family members living in their household are excluded from participation.Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Details

The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Two (2) methods of entry are as follows:

Online entry tiers are structured as follows: a $50 donation yields one (1) entry; an $80 donation yields two (2) entries; a $100 donation yields three (3) entries. Participants may make multiple donations to acquire entries, up to a maximum of three (3) of the 3-entry bundles with a total of 9 entries. No purchase or donation is necessary to participate, enter, or win and will not increase your odds of winning. Free mail-in entries receive one (1) entry per unique, separately postmarked envelope or postcard received. Entrants choosing to obtain Sweepstakes entries without purchase via mail, must be done by legible hand-printing, on a post card or a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to:**NOTE: Mail-in post card, or entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way. Each Envelope must be mailed individually. If you are unable to physically complete the post card or  3" x 5" card, you can have someone complete the card on your behalf with your information as the Entrant. No correspondence will be acknowledged; request for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.There is a strict maximum limit of nine (9) total entries allowed per person across the duration of the sweepstakes, regardless of whether the entries were obtained via online donation, free mail-in request, or a combination of both methods. Any entries discovered to exceed this 9-entry maximum will be deemed void. All entries must be physically received by the closing date to be eligible. The closing date for entries is October 31, 2026.

4. Prize Description

The prize consists of:

• Two (2) round-trip airfare tickets from an approved U.S. departure airport (as listed in the sweepstakes materials)

• A six (6) night stay at the all-inclusive Hotel RIU Guanacaste, Costa Rica

•transport between Liberia Costa Rica Airport and Hotel RIU Guanacaste are provided. 

• Stay dates: February 12–18, 2027

“ The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $4,000. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitutions or alternative prizes will be provided.

5. Travel Conditions

Travel is subject to availability and standard booking restrictions.

Winner and guest are responsible for:

• Transportation to and from the designated departure airport

• Valid passports, visas, and travel documentation

• Any additional costs not explicitly included in the prize and standard all-inclusive Hotel RIU Guanacaste package, including upgrades, insurance, or incidental expenses. The person who will be checking into the hotel must have a credit card issued in their name to present at the time of check in for incidentals. 

Departure will be arranged from an approved U.S. airport as designated by the Sponsor and may be subject to availability. 

Approved Departure Airports (U.S.): Travel will depart from one of the following major U.S. international airports:

Participant is responsible for any transportation to and from the designated USA departure airport including ground transportation and any associated travel costs.Sponsor may consider alternate airports at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Drawing

The winner will be selected at random on November 3rd 2026. Odds of winning depend entirely on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. Delayed mail due to reasons outside of Sponsors control which are not received by the closing date will not be acknowledged. The selected winner will be notified via phone and email within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, or fails to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

Tax Obligation: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. CF Vests Worldwide will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the fair market value of the prize ($4,000) in January 2027.

7. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

By accepting the prize, the winner and guest acknowledge and agree that participation in travel is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, cancellations, or unforeseen travel disruptions. Third-party service providers, including airlines and hotels, are solely responsible for their services.

The winner assumes all risk associated with travel and agrees that the Sponsor is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, accident, or other damages that may occur during travel or participation in any related activities.

8. Cancellation or Changes

The Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, weather, health emergencies, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify or reschedule travel arrangements if possible, but no cash alternative will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CF Vests Worldwide, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
